The Passing of Industry Legend, Jeffrey Arnold

Posted Date: 25-February-2023

On Tuesday, January 17th, we lost a legend in the cosmetics and fragrance industry, Jeffrey Arnold.

As a Senior Executive of Elizabeth Arden, Inc. and more recently at Luxe Brands, Inc. he contributed to all facets of the company with the final emphasis in sales and business development.

Jeffrey began his career at Elizabeth Arden in finance in 1982 before ultimately pivoting to sales in 1986 where he thrived and spent a large part of his career. Eventually he was promoted to GM for Americas Duty Free and Latin America Domestic. He later ran Canada as a GM for 4 years. Jeff then expanded his scope to International Marketing and moved to Geneva, Switzerland where he was promoted to GM of Worldwide Travel Retail Asia Pacific Domestic Operations.

For the last segment of his career he was the Senior Vice President of Mid Tier & Mass Retail based out of Florida where he was eventually promoted to Executive Vice President Worldwide Mass Fragrance and Business Development. The final act of his career had him at Luxe Brands, Inc. where he was their EVP of Business Development.

His untimely passing has shocked and saddened us all. He was described by many as a spectacular and extremely intelligent boss, mentor and friend. Jeff was a man of goodness and character and strength and left an impact with whomever he had a relationship with.  His strong work ethic and management skills were admired by all.

He will sorely be missed.  He leaves behind his wife Risa, his loving sister, Julie, his two sons, Russell and Justin and his new daughter-n-law, Moriah.

Two foundations have been selection for donations for the cause of his passing.  They are Barrow Neurological Foundation and the Society of NeuroInterventional Surgery:SNIS. There are donation tabs on their websites with instructions.

Thank you, Risa Arnold
