PRODUCT LICENSING: There are approximately 3610 files in Class III (3365 in March) (this includes new and post-licensing files that are in queue and working), of those approximately 464 (431 files March) are past the 210-day service standard. • Screening files at approx. 120 -150 days (120-140 days March) • Assessing files at approx. 230 days (220 days November 2024) • Issuing decisions at approx. 250 days (240 days March) SITE LICENSING: A high application volume is resulting in longer than usual review timelines. We are making an effort to prioritize applications that have a significant impact on site licence holders and using strategies to increase workload efficiency. HPCD is currently reviewing new applications received as of: Stream 1: Site Clock Day 5 received as of March 2025 (Site Clock Day 11 received as of February 2025) Stream 2 or Stream 3: Site Clock Day 37 received as of February 2025 (Same as March) HPCD is currently reviewing amendments received as of: Stream 1: Site Clock Day 11 received as of March 2025 (Site Clock Day 12 received as of February 2025) Stream 2 or Stream 3: Site Clock Day 34 received as of February 2025 (Site Clock Day 22 received as of January 2025) HPCD is currently reviewing renewals received as of: Stream 1: Site Clock Day 5 received as of March 2025 (Site Clock Day 13 received as of February 2025) Stream 2 or Stream 3: Site Clock Day 32 (received as of December 2024) (Site Clock Day 40 received as of December 2024)
