These restrictions have potentially far-reaching and significant consequences that could affect many polymers critical to products in the cosmetics and personal care products industry. Speakers
John Chave, Director General
Cosmetics Europe
John was educated at the Universities of Sheffield and Exeter in the UK. He is a lawyer by training and has worked in the health field in both London and Brussels. He was Secretary General of the Pharmaceutical Group of the European Union (PGEU), a post he held from 2006 to 2015. Since then, he has been Director General of Cosmetics Europe.
Beta Montemayor
Director, Science, Regulation & Market Access – Cosmetics Alliance
Beta is a graduate of the University of Guelph. He is a toxicologist and risk assessor by training, bringing over 20 years of experience as a regulatory scientist and technical consultant to the specialty chemicals, cosmetic, personal care, and health products industries.
